An Approach Built Around the Reader

Reading-Led Format

Material is shared in advance. Sessions are discussions, not lectures — your pace, your questions.

Small Cohorts

Groups of ten to fourteen. Peer discussion is part of the learning — not an afterthought.

Purely Educational

No advice is offered or implied. Programmes build vocabulary and comprehension — nothing more.

Singapore Context

All reading material is drawn from Singapore's public documents, schemes, and policy landscape.

Questions About the Programmes

Who are these programmes designed for?
The programmes are structured for adults aged 40 and above who would like to become more comfortable reading and discussing personal finance topics relevant to their stage of life — household saving, Singapore's retirement schemes, and estate-related conversations. No prior financial background is assumed.
Is any financial advice offered during the sessions?
No. Saventis is an education provider, not a financial advisory service. All programmes are reading-led and discussion-based. Participants develop vocabulary and conversational frameworks — they are better placed to speak with qualified professionals afterwards, but no advice or product recommendations are offered within the programmes.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are held at our reading room at Asia Square Tower 1, 8 Marina View, #43-02, Singapore 018960. The venue is accessible by MRT (Downtown Line — Downtown station). Specific session dates and room details are confirmed upon enrolment.
What is included in the programme fee?
Each programme fee covers all reading materials — a printed binder, summary or vocabulary cards, and a discussion notebook where applicable. Refreshments during sessions and facilitator time are included. There are no additional costs.
How large are the cohorts and how often do new cohorts begin?
Cohort sizes are kept deliberately small — between ten and fourteen participants depending on the programme. New cohorts open every six to eight weeks. We recommend enquiring early as places are allocated in the order enquiries are received.
What is the cancellation or deferral policy?
Participants may request a deferral to the next available cohort up to seven days before the first session. Cancellations received with fewer than seven days' notice forfeit the programme fee. Full details are set out in our Terms & Conditions at the time of enrolment.
